WORKING WITH ME
As with many people, my path hasn't been linear and it hasn't been an obvious trajectory. It's been an adventure in knowing. I'm here now with a lot of experience in a lot of different areas and ready to turn it all into the most magnificent creations I can muster. I'm myself now, which is a really great feeling.
In today's world, it's a a strange thing to be able to say "I am happy," but it's true. I'm at a point where it all makes sense - I see the value in the good, the bad, the triumphant, and the tragic. I'm able to harvest the treasures and release myself and others from the rest of the story. I am fundamentally happy.
And I honestly think this is what we're all after.

My life is about LOVE IN ACTION.
I facilitate this for myself by following my intuition, allowing my creativity to flow freely and completely, and aligning my actions with my love for all of creation.
I facilitate this for others by sharing knowledge, wisdom, and simply holding space for the discovery and embodiment of their truth via creating, educating, and coaching.
MY OFFERING

What coming home to myself means to me is sifting through all the social programming to hear what my own soul wants to express - to get to and express the essence of who and what I am in this life. I am a big proponent of "everything is a mantra so you'd better be intentional about what you say/listen to/put your attention towards because it manifests in your life whether you want it to or not," so, whether it's art, coaching, courses, or even conversations with friends, I am as intentional as possible that I'm investing my energy in the things I want to see more of in the world.
As an artist, I champion universal truth, beauty, awe, expansiveness, groundedness, empowerment, love, and connection. Creativity for creativity's sake.
As a coach, I walk with people on their path towards creating the life they wish to live. I support my clients through compassionate, reflective, co-creative conversation to spark awareness of their own unique, deepest truths. Then we put those truths into action.
