MY STORY
My path into coaching started with music.
I grew up in a world of music and creation, surrounded by sound, expression, and the subtle ways humans communicate beyond words. Early on, I learned that presence, tone, energy, frequency, are what we're truly expressing - and what others experience.
I trained and performing internationally as an opera singer, as well as writing my own music as a singer-songwriter. Music refined my ability to listen deeply, to attune, and to communicate emotion and truth without needing to explain it.
Over time I noticed something profound: The best performers were those who found the truth within and were able to be clear vessels for their expression. The person came first, then how others experienced them. I knew this concept went beyond stage: it was fundamental to our whole human experience.
That observation led me beyond the arts.

Mission
My mission is Love in Action.
I live this by following my inner guidance, expressing my creativity fully, and aligning my actions with what feels true. I extend this to others through coaching, creating, and teaching, holding space for people to access, trust, and embody their own truth.
FROM EXPRESSION TO IMPACT
After I pivoted away from music as a primary career, I spent about 15 years in the business and start-up world, working in marketing, communications, and as a pitch trainer. I learned how ideas move people, and how clarity, narrative, and positioning shape decisions, leadership, and outcomes. On the surface, it looked like a shift in careers. In reality, it was a deepening of the same skill of understanding how humans communicate effectively, and what it looks like when they don’t.
I saw how often people were operating out of misalignment:

Saying one thing, meaning another.

Performing instead of expressing.

Leading without being fully connected to themselves.

Following someone elses vision instead of their own.

Wasting vital energy proving themselves to others instead of
using that energy for purpose-led pursuits.
And I experienced the immense power of influence and creation when these states of being WERE aligned within a person.
COACHING: WHERE IT ALL COMES TOGETHER
Coaching is where everything converged.
My background in music allows me to hear what isn’t being said.
My experience in business allows me to translate insight into action.
My own path of self-development allows me to hold the depth required for real change.
This work is not about giving advice.
It’s about helping my beloved fellow humans access their own clarity, and learning how to trust it. Underneath the noise, they already know what they need to live the life they want.
My role as a coach is to create the space where that knowing becomes clear, grounded, and actionable so you can live, lead, and create in a way that is fully aligned with who they are.

THE THROUGH LINE
If I had to name the thread that runs through everything I’ve done, it’s this: Communication at the level of truth.
From music, to marketing and business, to coaching, I’ve studied how humans iterate on identity until they ultimately discover who they really are in their deepest core - and I was my very first client.
Today, I work with people who are ready to live and lead with clarity, self-trust, and alignment - people who feel that something deeper is calling and are willing to meet it.
Coaching is a direct, honest, and powerful expression of that work.
I absolutely love it.
In my view, the most powerful creation isn’t a performance, a career, or a role. It’s a life that feels true to you.
