MY STORY
Hi, I'm Nicole!
As with many people, my path hasn't been linear and it hasn't been an obvious trajectory. It's been an adventure through the performing arts, the start-up and business world, and into the beautiful area of people-work with coaching.
My greatest accomplishment is having developed myself into someone who can honestly say: I am myself, and I love who that is.
Honestly, I think this is what we're all after - and that's what I'm here to help with as a coach.

I facilitate this for myself by following my intuition, allowing my creativity to flow freely and completely, and aligning my actions with my love for life.
I facilitate this for others by sharing knowledge, wisdom, and simply holding space for the discovery and embodiment of their truth via coaching, creating, and educating.
MY ROOTS
My sojourn on Earth this time around started me in beautiful California, USA. I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area in a household full of music and art.
My Dad was a a classical pianist and engineer, and my Mom was a huge contemporary music lover and artist.
I was immersed in an environment of creation, whether it was art or invention. Our walls were covered by oil paintings by generations of family members, and we were regularly audience to my Dad's in-house piano performances followed by long talks about inventions and ideas.
When the time came for me to choose a path, I decided to pursue classical voice and opera, getting my Bachelors of Music from San Jose State University, and my Masters of Music from the University of Cincinnati. After that, I went to Germany for three months to pursue an opera career (btw I'm still here).
EXPLORATION
I got to Germany, started auditioning, got some jobs, hit my first hurdles, and realized that I wanted to create in a different way - my own way. I also realized that creating went beynd the arts - that it was acually a state of being. Living abroad, I was far enough away from my old structures to have the freedom to explore, experiment, learn who I was, and ultimately dream myself into who I wanted to be.
Over the years, I've had amazing projects along including a wonderful band called Courage + Craft and singing in the Extra Chorus at the Deutsche Oper Berlin (which I still proudly do!). I co-founded a classical chamber music ensemble, I had a solo singer-songwriter career under the artist name Iokokanoa.
I've also ended up with quite a colorful "portfolio" career. I've spent the last decade in marketing career for a tech company. I have also worked as a pitch trainer for start-ups, taught voice lessons and personal presentation coaching, and have since segued into personal and business coaching.

THE NOW
All the twists, challenges, breakthroughs, and learnings of my life have quietly been preparing me for this path. Coaching wasn’t a decision as much as it was a true calling. Every experience has shaped my ability to truly see people, to hear what isn’t being said, and to help others step into the life they’re meant to live.
Supporting my fellow humans in creating their dream life isn’t just meaningful work to me, it's a journey that I've been on myself for well over 25 years, and it's the area in which my deepest passion lies. I am a living testament to the fact that doing this personal evolution work IS WORTH IT AND PAYS OFF. I'm passionate that everyone who chooses to walk the path of self-discovery with honesty and curiosity will expand beyond their wildest dreams.
To me, this work is sacred, it’s necessary, and it’s the most natural expression of everything I’ve become.
