Rooted in Nature-Based Spirituality and Celtic  Shamanism, this moving practice plugs into the energies of dream-time  offered by the resting new moon. It enables us to slow down, sense our  inner wishes, and invite them to manifest into our physical lives while  syncing with the energies of nature.
