This space is a window into how I live what I help guide others toward.
My work is rooted in a simple principle: Love in Action.
For me, that means listening inward, trusting what feels true, and giving it form through music, art, and creation. These expressions aren’t separate from my coaching.
They are my version of the lived practice that I support in my clients.
These creations reflect what it looks like to follow inner guidance,
to move from truth instead of expectation, and to create as a way of being.
What I support others in is what I live myself:
Accessing your own truth. Trusting it. And having the courage to express it fully.
MUSIC
Music is one of my primary forms of expression. It's such a beautiful outlet for me to express the beauty and complexity of life.
Through music we are able to experience different facets of ourselves, understand the human condition, and connect with the universe. Music is space for growth, expansion, and to connect with something more.
I express music in many ways, from my own compositions as the artist Iokokanoa, to improvised light compositions, meditations, and classical live performance.
