This simple yet profound mindfulness activity supports you to access your inner wisdom and deepen your relationship with your ancestors.
Perfect for the Celtic festival of Samhain which marks the end of the harvest season, the Ancestor Medicine Walk taps into the powerful energies of wisdom, ancestral connection, and inner-knowing that winter has to offer.
This guided walk is one and a half hours long and begins with a grounding meditation, followed by calling in your spirit support, welcoming your ancestors, and setting your medicine intention. Once you’ve set your intention, you’ll begin your walk accompanied by soft music. The music will gradually fade to silence so you can be alone with your own experience and hear the sounds around you in real time. The guided practice track continues in silence until the music gently returns. We’ll finish with a guided close to the practice.
